What does the Sheboygan County Food Bank do?
The Sheboygan County Food Bank has served Sheboygan County residents for more than three decades. With 39 partner agencies, we currently serve over 3,500 households each year.
Our Mission is to feed the hungry through supporting and improving the food distribution system and guide individuals seeking assistance to appropriate resources to meet their other basic needs.
Donations from community businesses on a regular basis; purchases of food in bulk quantities; local food drives; and individual donations—all support our mission.
Food items come in to the Food Bank and are stored here. We coordinate and work with partner agencies, including ten individual food pantries in Sheboygan County. Staff people from each pantry come to the Food Bank, collect food items, and then return to stock their pantries. Each pantry then distributes these goods locally, to those who truly need them.
We accept all non-perishable foods; however, we can especially use proteins (canned tuna, chicken, beef stew, etc.). Besides foods, we also get requests for hygiene items (soap, dental hygiene products, etc.).
The Sheboygan County Food Bank is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization.
Food drives are held throughout the year, and contributing items is easy. Would you like to help with one? Would you like to host one of your own? Find out how we can help you help your community.

We accept food donations, but we also need funds to purchase food at cost-effective quantities. Learn how you can help with fundraisers, or how you can donate right now.
