Help local Boys Scouts of America (Bay-Lakes Council) by donating food! Scouting for Food has been an annual Scouting tradition in Bay-Lakes Council for 31 years. Boy Scouts drop off bags to neighborhoods throughout Sheboygan County on the weekend of April 4th & 5th. On Saturday, April 18th, Boy Scouts collect the bags and deliver them to our warehouse. These donations help supply emergency food to partner agencies in the summer months.
Food Donation Tips
- Purchase healthy, non-perishable food items before Saturday, April 18th to ensure your donation is not expired.
- Place the food items in a bag next to your mailbox prior to Boy Scouts arrival on April 18th.
- Let the Boy Scouts and us handle the rest! With Boy Scouts’ help, we will make sure your donation gets to our warehouse safely and out to our partner agencies who serve our neighbors in need.
